What should I do before the plumber arrives?
If possible, clear the area around the plumbing fixture or equipment that needs service. If you have an active leak, shut off the nearest water supply or your home's main water valve if you're able to do so safely.
Why does my drain keep clogging?
Recurring clogs can be caused by buildup, grease, roots, damaged pipes, or a deeper blockage in the plumbing system. If a drain keeps clogging, it's a good idea to have it professionally inspected.
How often should I flush my water heater?
Generally, a traditional tank water heater should be flushed about once a year. Regular maintenance can help reduce sediment buildup and keep your water heater operating efficiently.
How do I know if I have a water leak?
Signs can include unexpectedly high water bills, damp spots, water stains, low water pressure, sounds of running water, or unusually wet areas around your home.
