We provide professional plumbing, drain cleaning, and maintenance services. All service estimates provided through the website are preliminary and subject to on-site inspection by a licensed technician. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

When requesting service through our website, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete contact information.
• Ensure a person of legal age (18+) is present at the time of service.
• Maintain a safe working environment for our technicians.
• Disclose any known hazardous materials (e.g., lead, asbestos) prior to work commencement.

4. Payment & Billing

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit and debit cards, checks, cash, ACH, and Zelle, and offer financing through Wisetack. Past due accounts may be subject to interest charges and collection costs as permitted by Arizona state law.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Plumbing Dr. LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of our services or website.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maricopa County, Arizona for any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms.
